Reception Manager (5 Days Work)

The Job

• Lead a team of receptionists on day-to-day operations and maintain smooth operations in restaurant
• Provide high quality services to the guests
• Be able to coach and develop staff to achieve company goals
• Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
• Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively

What You Need

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in supervisory experience in F&B industry
• Excellent problem solving skills along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
• Positive, passionate, self-motivated, able to work independently and with management skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
• Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively
