We are looking for talents for the position of Reception Manager in our new French Restaurant.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant reception team to provide effective and satisfying service to guests
  • Responsible for supervision the daily greeting and reservations work from restaurant reception team
  • Proactively seek opportunities to go above and above for guests to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Build & maintain genuine relationships, good communication and coordination with all guests and other team members of the company
  • Assist in managing our internal VIP guest program on a rotating basis
  • Responsible for training and developing the restaurant reception team to provide an unforgettable experience to our guests, to exceeds expectations by meeting and anticipating the wishes and needs of the guests
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for smooth running operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in F&B industry at managerial role, ideally experience of the luxury hotels / restaurants
  • Opening and Pre-Opening experiences is a plus
  • Good communication skills, demonstrate ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the Company
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
  • Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficient computer skill & knowledge in POS & SevenRooms is preferred
