To perform general reception duties include handling phone calls (including Customer Service calls), greeting visitors and distribute incoming/outgoing mails
To coordinate and arrange courier services (both local and overseas), meeting room booking and stationery booking
To provide clerical support to OS Specialist
To provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager as per required, including arrange business card printings, prepare quotations, book and follow up venues for events, keep stocks checking etc.
Form 5 or above
3 years’ relevant experience
Excellent telephone manner and self-initiative
Cheerful character as a receptionist to greet all kinds of customers
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good computer knowledge in MS word and excel
Positive working attitude, self-initiative and willing to learn
