‧ Perform reception duties includes handling phone calls and greeting clients
‧ Handle incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
‧ Provide general clerical including quotation and administrative support
‧ Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
‧ Form 5 / DSE or above
‧ Minimum 1 year relevant experience
‧ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus.
‧ Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
‧ Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
