Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including guests greeting, meeting room booking, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
  • Handle office administrative duties such as maintenance and operation of office equipment and stationery supplies
  • Assist in organizing regular company activities and functions
  • Analyze operating expenses and evaluating alternatives for improving cost effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support to the team, participate in ad hoc projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years’ administrative/receptionist experience in sizable company
  • Excellent telephone manner, with cheerful and pleasant character
  • Proactive, self-initiative, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
