Receptionist (5 Days Work)

Job Responsibilities:

l   Accountable for managing the reception area and providing full spectrum of office administrative support including office supplies purchases and maintenance

l   To perform reception duties including handle telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors;

l   Responsible for daily clerical work such as data entry, updating reports and filing documents;

l   Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.



l   2 years or more of relevant and steady administrative, receptionist and customer service experience; 

l   Excellent telephone manner with cheerful and pleasant character;

l   Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;

l   Good communication skills with fluency in spoken Cantonese. English and Putonghua;

l   Pleasant, self-motivated, able to work independently;

l   Immediate availability preferred.


Working hours: 9:15am - 6:30pm (Mon to Fri)
