Receptionist / Admin Assistant (investment bank in Central)

The Job :

- handle full reception duties including visitors greetings, phone calls answering, etc

- assist in office administration including office and facilities management, office supplies control and procurement, courier services arrangements, meeting room arrangement

- coordinate meetings

Requirements :

- tertiary education with 2-4 years experience in reception and office admin 

- pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

- a fast learner with flexibility, independent and self-motivated

- fluent in English and Cantonese

- experience of working in environments with expatriates or MNCs will be an advantage
