Job Description
1. Responsible for overall show booth coordination -including show selection, applications deadline, booth layout, additional facilities, booth selection, logistic arrangement, and HKJMA/ HKJJA/ Organizer/ Contractor 's inquiry;
2. Responsible for planning and arranging air-tickets, hotel accommodations, car rental and travel insurance for staff;
3. Responsible for supervising the job assign in Administrative Department;

Requirements:
1. Diploma holder or above;
2. Min. 2 year relevant working experience in administration / secretarial support ;
3. Solid experience in freight booking and reservation would be an advantage;
4. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing;
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
6. Able to handle multitask effectively and independently;
7. Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and positive thinking
8. Willing to learn and a good team player
9. Immediate available is preferred.
