Job Description

We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the position of Receptionist/Admin. Assistant.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls, greeting and serving visitors, mailing orders and courier arrangement
  • Assist in maintaining reception areas and conference room areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
  • Manage office equipment, stationery and telecommunications
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including data input and filing
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with tertiary qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, polite and cheerful;
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Strong work ethics, good sense of responsibility, a good team player and able to work independently.
