Receptionist & Admin. Asst.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR & Admin Department;
  • Perform reception duties such as handling phone calls, mailing and greeting guests;
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangement;
  • Prepare staff attendance record; monitor and handle office supplies and replenishment; coordinate overall environmental cleanliness of the office;
  • Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years relevant working experience;
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is a MUST;
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediately available is highly preferable.
