  • Handle all incoming calls and greeting guests
  • Coordinating with property office for repair works, all mailing and courier services
  • Perform general administrative duties, including stationery ordering, reports handling & preparation of staff activities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms
  • Support ad hoc projects for human resources department


  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, good communications and customer services skills
  • Pleasant, cheerful, helpful and responsible
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
