Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Job duties:  

  • Perform reception and general office administrative duties
  • Greet guests and handle telephone enquiries in professional manners
  • Hotel reservation, air-ticketing booking and car arrangement
  • Perform daily mails and courier arrangement
  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms usage
  • Coordinate with tea ladies for their daily tasks
  • Manage stock control & purchase of pantry items
  • Liaise with vendors in order to provide high quality of service
  • Ensure the smooth operation and running of the Reception station
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree / Diploma holder
  • 1-2 years Receptionist / Administration Assistant / Clerical experience in MNC or regional office
  • Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; 
  • Strong communication skills, independent, well organized, self?motivated, energetic, efficient & flexible working hours, attention to details and be able to work under pressure
  • Must be well?versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
