Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2-3 years working experience in reception or office administration
  • Experience in travel booking and sizable companies is preferable
  • Detail-minded, cheerful, well-organized and good team player
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform general reception duties and assist in general office administration
  • Responsible for incoming calls and enquiries in a courteous and tactful manner
  • Provide support on travel booking, conference room and courier arrangement
  • Assist in maintaining office facilities and organizing company & staff activities
