Receptionist/ Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform all receptionist duties including but not limit to handle income phone calls, managing courier services, and greeting visitors
  • Perform administrative tasks, including office maintenance, office procurement, stationery ordering etc.
  • Manage reception area, conference rooms and pantry.
  • Manage attendance system, including stores and office
  • Assist on HR administration, includes check store timecard, interview arrangement and store pay-slips printing
  • Perform ad-hoc office administrative support and tasks assigned by department head

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or business-related disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of confidently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Chinese and English typing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
