Receptionist (Administration Department)

We are now inviting high caliber candidates to fill the position.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors;
  • Travel and hotel arrangement for the Staff and Senior Management;
  • Reservation of the meeting room;
  • Procurement of office supplies;
  • Pick up the mailings from the mailing room;
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties.

  Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in the reception and/or office administration function.  
  • Native English Speaker and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Detail-oriented, good organizational and communication skills;
  • Meticulous, Responsible and good team player.
