Receptionist /Administrative Assistant (4 months Contract)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services and provide excellent reception services to the guests.
  • Assist supervisor on organizing staff recreational activities, checking attendance & leave record and arranging events and meeting etc.
  • Hotel reservation, air-ticketing booking and car arrangement
  • Assist in recruiting processes; schedule interviews and tests for candidates
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and Administrative projects as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years administrative/reception experience in sizable companies
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Working schedule: January 2019 to April 2019 (4 months contract); 5 days a week
