R esponsibilities: 

  • Responsible for general reception duties such as handling calls and answering enquiries
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Responsible for office repairs and maintenance
  • Assist in sourcing and liaise with vendors
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary



  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year receptionist or administration experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
