Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-coming calls, operate the switchboard, screen and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages
  • Organize showroom and meeting rooms bookings
  • Welcome and greet visitors and maintain security by monitoring visitor logbook and issuing badges
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area, showroom and meeting rooms
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Order office supplies, control the inventory and monitor the usage
  • Provide general office administrative & clerical support and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and good computer knowledge
  • A good team player, well organized and responsible person
