The Job

  • Provides reception services to visitors and controls access to secure company areas
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for the office, answers questions and directs requests to appropriate partners
  • Handle all incoming calls and divert to relevant parties in a professional manners
  • Handles day-to-day administrative activities such as handling mails and faxes, managing courier services and conference rooms booking, etc
  • House-keeping of reception and interviews rooms as required
  • Serves as a coordinator for the office administration activities, answer internal enquiries and provide assistance where necessary
  • Assists ad hoc duties when necessary as cheques banking and conference room setting etc


The Requirement

  • F.6 or equivalent educational level
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in reception or office administration function
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and oral included Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer oriented attitude
  • Able to work independently and handle multi tasks
