Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

  • Provide full range of office administrative support duties such as ordering stationery, arrange maintenance of office equipment, quotation comparison etc.
  • Perform general reception duties include handling phone calls, handling incoming/ outgoing mails, faxes, greeting / serving clients;
  • Ensure the tidiness of the reception area and replenish pantry items;
  • Handle lunch/dinner reservations, arrange company activities such as venue booking;
  • Assist in other administrative duties as required; 
  • Provide support to Executive Personal Assistant;
  • Be the back-up Personal Assistant to serve the Senior Management;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested.



  • Form 7 or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good time management and communication;
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, high sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to work independent and under pressure.
