Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative & clerical support
  • Order office supplies, control inventory and monitor usage
  • Update staff attendance and leave record
  • Manage fixed asset, facilities and supplies
  • Manage utilities and telecommunications services
  • Assist in office relocation and renovation projects
  • General receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering calls and organizing room booking
  • Perform in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years or above solid experience in administration field
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team player
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
