Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but are not limited to the following)

  • Responsible for the front office area and maintain clean and presentable at all times
  • Handling receptionist duties such as greeting internal and external guests, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services & update all related record.
  • Tidy up and arrange booking schedule for conference room, support with the meeting room set up when needed
  • Assist in handling all office administration duties such as stationery ordering, pantry supplies, office maintenance, monitoring facilities and equipment smooth in operations and clerical support assigned by direct report
  • Provide administrative support for business operations such as prepare petty cash claim, invoice consolidation etc
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for office maintenance
  • Participant in ad hoc. assignment as required

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or above, with 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in multinational company
  • Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill and priority setting
  • Well organized, attentive to the details, independent and able to handle multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
