Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for reception duties including greeting guest, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, courier and mail arrangement stationery order and equipment maintenance
  • Provide Administrative support to the team
  • Handling of routine travel/trip arrangement
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:-

  • DSE or above
  • 2 years administrative experience in multi-national company
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
  • Cheerful, pleasant, polite, hardworking, self-motivated
  • Independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
  • Immediate available is preferred
