Responsibilities

  • Handle all round receptionist duties including but not limit to greeting visitors in a professional manner, handling phone calls, mails, courier services and coordinate conference room booking
  • Provide general office administration and clerical support
  • Ensure the tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms with timely tea services provided by tea lady.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for office maintenance and facility management
  • Assist in office administration projects
  • Assist in company events and activities
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • F.5, DSE or above
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good telephone manner, mature, pleasant character, team spirit, responsible, attentive to details and willingness to learn
  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office - Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
