Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;
Ensure whole office area is tidy, presentable, comfortable, safe and well-organized;
Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, such as storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery, printing materials, office equipment and facilities’ maintenance, office housekeeping;
Support in samples packing and arrangement;
Keep updated expenses records of office supplies;
Support basic recruitment tasks;
Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required
At least 2 year experience in Administration / Receptionist role is an advantage.
Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word processing etc.
IT knowledge is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
Passionate, detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking, fast response and able to work under pressure.
Helpful, cheerful, presentable, good interpersonal skills and team player.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
