Receptionist & Administrative Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support 
  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, mails and welcoming clients.
  • Support on customer marketing events from planning, RSVP, communication & liaison with vendors
  • Assist with travel and visa arrangements.
  • Work on weekends and public holiday is required with attractive allowance
  • Deal with a wide range of suppliers and contractors for general office admin
  • Travelling abroad may be required
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • 1 year working experience in office administration / events coordination
  • Solid experience in event organizing and logistic co-ordination skills is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player, able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high team spirit to work with others
  • Confident, proactive, creative and detailed-minded
  • Experience in development of customer and lifestyle events preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks with tight deadlines
  • Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
