Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting and serving guests.
Handle incoming / outgoing mailing letters, couriers and fax.
Handle administrative duties including office supplies order, equipment maintenance and stationery purchase.
Carry out general clerical work
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Post-Secondary School Education
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Initiative, hard-working and willing to learn.
Having relevant working experience will be an advantage.
