Job Descriptions
•Perform full reception function in a professional manner
•Coordinate with daily courier and handle incoming/ outgoing mails
•Provide general administrative and clerical support such as data entry and filing 
•Perform outdoor duties when necessary
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
•Managing coffee station, reception area and pantry area
•Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter area and meeting rooms
•Serve tea and coffee for guests

•Form 5 or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience
•Excellent telephone manner as well as communication and interpersonal skills
•Independent, self-motivated, reliableandhave strong sense of responsibility
•Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
•Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
