Receptionist & Administrative Officer

  • F.7 or above with at least 5 years relevant working experiences
  • Good command of spoken and written English, spoken of Mandarin is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in MNC environment
  • Proficient in MS office and Outlook applications
  • Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, efficient and flexible
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
  • Experience in working with financial intuition
  • Assists in office administrative work including filing, typing, photocopying, and arranging local and overseas travel for Executives including flight and accommodation booking
  • Perform full spectrum of receptionist duties include greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, courier and meeting arrangement
  • Produce and update presentations for meetings, take minutes, prepare meeting reports and Inventory control
  • Handle both internal and external documents delivery (i.e. Outdoor duties are required)
  • Liaise with external suppliers, vendors and service providers for price negotiation
  • Ad hoc administrative assignments as required
