  • Manage reception area, greet and serve visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • Monitor meeting rooms schedule, maintain tidiness and necessary meeting logistics
  • Handle inbound and outbound courier/mails with proper tracking record
  • Perform on-line company search for the professional departments
  • Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner and helpful attitude
  • Support the Admin department in performing ad hoc tasks as necessary



  • Form 5 or above with good language skills and pleasant manners
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sizeable organisations
  • Punctual, independent, responsible and very well-organized
  • A presentable and cooperative team player who can communicate effectively in spoken/written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient with MS Office skills and Chinese input method
  • Experience in CPA / professional service firms a definite advantage
