What this job involves:

  • Answer and handle incoming telephone calls, taking messages in a professional manner
  • Receive, greet, guide visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responsible for of the front office/ reception area – clean and presentable at all time
  • Arrange overseas and local courier
  • Administer meeting and conference room bookings
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
