Receptionist and Admin Assistant (Shift) , 接 待 員 及 行 政 文 員 (輪 班 )

  Duties:

  • Responsible for all daily reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting and escorting clients and guests to designated meeting room or colleagues in a professional and polite manner, courier and mailing arrangements, maintaining the tidiness of the reception area, conference room & other facilities accordingly and ensure the meeting room is ready before the next booking;
  • Set up the rooms and prepare equipment according to the booking requirement;
  • Handle all-rounded office administration duties including general administration, stationery & pantry supplies ordering & stock keeping, management of office equipment & facilities maintenance, copier machines report, etc;
  • Order and serve meals to clients;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations;
  • Assist in carrying out ad hoc duties;

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Diploma or above;
  • 1 year experience in Administration work or Receptionist duties will be an edge;
  • Flexible, punctual, positive, responsible and well-organized;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferred;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • 5.5 working days (Alternative Saturday Off)

 Working Time:

    • Mon - Fri: 8:45am - 5:45pm OR 11:00am - 8:00pm
    • Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm OR 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Alternative Saturday Off)
