Receptionist and Admin Clerk (5 Days Work)

Job Duties

˙Handling full set of accounting and company secretary documents

˙Prepare routine reports, maintain complete and up-to-date records

˙Issue and follow up invoices, purchasing orders and other relevant documents

˙Responsible for HR duties, attendance management, general admin and clerical support

˙Perform reception duties including guests greeting, meeting room booking, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc

˙Handle any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

˙LCC  & I  - Higher Level / Diploma in Accounting  is preferrable

˙At least 2 years relevant experience

˙Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage

˙Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

˙Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under tight schedule

˙Immediately available is preferred
