Receptionist and Admin Clerk (5 Days Work)

Job Duties

  • Assist in handling routine daily accounting duties and company secretary documents
  • Prepare routine reports, maintain complete and up-to-date records
  • Issue and follow up invoices, purchasing orders and other relevant documents
  • Responsible for HR duties, attendance management, general admin and clerical support
  • Perform reception duties including guests greeting, meeting room booking, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments 


  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under tight schedule
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
