Jobs Duties

  • Responsible for receptionist hotline
  • Handle all event registration at the World Family Club
  • Perform weekly data entry reports
  • Website backend uploads
  • Manage all booking systems
  • Supervise a weekly phone service
  • Manage and maintain a high level of standard for club center
  • Manage part time staff bookings and schedules
  • Provide administrative support in the centre, including monthly part-time payments, basic translation, content creation for members uses

Skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detailed minded
  • Good time management

Requirement

  • At least two year working experience in education centre receptionist, or any member based organization
  • Bachelor Degree needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
