Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and general reception duties;
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes, meeting room booking and set-up;
  • Assisting to organize staff events, including monthly birthday party and Annual Dinner;
  • Assisting to HR & Admin dept works;
  • Others ad-hoc project as assigned


  • Form 5 or Diploma or above;
  • 1 year experience in Administration work or Receptionist duties will be an edge;
  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of Cantonese & English;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
