Responsibilities:

  • Polite and good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Control and purchase of office supplies eg stationery, cafeteria etc
  • Handle office equipment repair and maintenance
  • Handle daily Mails and couriers
  • Perform vendor evaluation & process non-stock purchase
  • Handle air tickets/hotels arrangement
  • Verify and validate all vendor’s invoices before processing payment
  • Organize company meeting, events & activities
  • Undertake administrative & clerical as assigned
  • Keep office clean and tidy

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
  • Min 2-4 years relevant working experience in receptionist/ admin fields
  • Polite and good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cheerful personality, well-organized, self-initiative
  • Proactive work ethics and ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer knowledge is a MUST
  • Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
