Eureka is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the above position.

Responsibilities: Handle a full spectrum of reception-related tasks including greeting and serving guests, monitoring voicemail system, handling incoming/outgoing mail, arranging couriers’ services, etc. Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, accurate data management and material support for school clients Monitor office administration activities such as managing expenses, handling meeting room bookings, managing office supplies, arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of office environment (e.g. reception area and meeting rooms), etc. Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by a supervisor when necessary

Requirements: Diploma or above in any discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Pleasant, mature, flexible, responsible and well-organized Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin) Good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Candidate with less or no experience will be considered as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
