Receptionist, Banking ( 12 months Contract)

My client is leading Banking Group in Asia:


  • Greeting guest
  • supervises the reception during office hours for c. full-time 130 staffs on the floor
  • receives clients and visitors as and when they have meetings with different functions team
  • manages the day-to-day administration associated with the premises
  • provides travel & expense guidance and support to other colleagues
  • supports the BM function to prepare regular reports to governance committees


  • Associate Degree holder or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Independent, details oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in dealing with various teams
  • Proven ability to work timely and collectively
  • Strong time management and planning skills
