- Responsibilities: Responsible for handling guest greeting, phone calls, filing, co-ordinate in/out documentations and arrange distribution, provide reception and full arrange administrative support, handle ad hoc duties as assigned;接待顧客及解答顧客查詢,為顧客處理及確認預約安排,一般文書工作,負責處理現金及信用卡交易工作,電腦打單及埋數,無需銷售。

Requirements : F.7 or above with 1 year relevant working experience; Punctual is a must, strong sense of responsibility and hard working; Good PC skill of MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua; Immediate Available is preferred; 誠懇有禮,有責任感,具1年或以上接待員經驗,具良好的電腦操作知識。

Employment Terms: $13,000 - $17,000 per month, Monthly allowance, Yearly bonus, Free staff treatments, Promotion opportunity; 星期日及公眾假期休息,每月獎金,年尾花紅,免費享用員工醫美療程,進升機會。
