Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

  • Receive and greet visitors
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Coordinate all mail services and general office supplies
  • Manage reception area and conference room booking
  • Assist other general admin work
  • Clerical support to all departments
  • Back up services to messenger and tea lady



  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Good telephone manner with pleasant personality
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
