Our client is a HK mainboard listed company, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up above positions for their HK susidiary company.

Receptionist cum Admin Officer


  • To perform reception duties such as handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, handling incoming and outgoing mails, greeting guests and processing courier orders.
  • To manage meeting room bookings as well as to provide administrative supports including meeting room housekeeping duties, serving drink to guests, cleaning glasses and cups, the arrangement of audio conferencing system and equipment, etc.
  • To assist in the maintenance of office supplies and equipment and stock replenishment of office supplies.
  • Assist in general office administration work as assigned
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.


  • Diploma holder with minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
  • Experienced in handling reception services in a sizable company
  • Customer oriented mindset with excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Pleasant and mature with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess good organizational skills and can work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC skills and Chinese word processing
