Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls, greeting guests, answering telephone calls, coordinate all mail services and courier arrangement
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide administrative support and clerical support to all departments
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required


Requirements

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Customer oriented with professional telephone manner as well as problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasking and work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred


Remarks:

  • 5.5 days per week (alternative Sat)
  • Working Time: Mon – Fri 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Sat :9:30am – 1:00pm
  • Bank holiday
