Our client is an international investment firm which grows rapidly in the region. They are currently looking for a high caliber to join their company in HK office. Candidate with excellent performance will be converted to permanent staff after 3 months.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Greet guests in a professional manner
Manage conference rooms
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
Assist in travel arrangement
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Provide other ad-hoc support as needed
2+ years' experience in Administration, Financial Institution background is preferred
Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
