Job Description

The successful candidate will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Setting up audio / visual equipment for meetings
  • Sorting and distributing post and arranging couriers
  • Oversee office cleaning and carpet cleaning
  • Ad-hoc requests from senior managers
  • Ordering office and pantry supplies as necessary

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ receptionist experience within financial services
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Friendly, professional and warm approach, and a high level of personal conduct
