Receptionist (North Point, 5-day week) (Ref. No.: 22439)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage the reception area independently such as greeting and welcoming guests / customers, serving refreshments, projecting a professional company image and keep the reception area clean & tidy, etc.
  • Answer or transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail / couriers.
  • Support general administration functions.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma or above.
  • Min. 3 years' reception or front desk experience in sizable company.
  • Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST).
  • Immediate available preferred.
