The school requires a Receptionist to join the office team in October. The successful candidate will be a member of the administrative team, primary responsibility is to act as the initial point of contact for telephone callers and visitors, providing administrative support to the office team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

  • Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and put them through to the requested staff members or to the appropriate staff according to the assistance required by the callers
  • Receive and greet visitors to the school warmly and provide them with the appropriate information and assistance

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the School Office
  • Duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an administrative and reception roles
  • Competent PC skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google docs/sheets/forms/slides
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritise workload, work independently and use initiative
  • A friendly manner in relation to staff and students is essential
  • To adapt to changing situations and keen to learn new skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a school would be an advantage
