Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-round receptionist duties, including greet guests and visitors, handle phone calls, and daily courier arrangements
  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman’s Office
  • Perform administrative duties including stationery ordering, arrange repair and maintenance for office facilities and equipment etc.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above, minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in receptionist role and office administration
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Well-organized and good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, responsible, efficient and self-motivated
  • Multi-tasks, independent and mature with positive and helpful attitude
  • Immediate available preferred
