Responsibilities

  • Perform general receptionist duties such as handling phone calls and greeting customers in professional and polite manner
  • Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Maintain conference room bookings
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required  

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Pleasant telephone manner and good customer service skills
  • Responsible, cheerful and self-motived
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
