Receptionist

Robert Walters

A multinational financial institution is looking for a Receptionist for their new renovated office.
The ideal candidate should be well-presented; have experience in Customer Service and Receptionist. Able to speak fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties and other admin work
  • Attend to walk in guest and phone enquiries
  • Perform telephone operator duties on rotational basis
  • Sorting of mails and reading material
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Address customer's needs and solve customer's issues


Main Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably with customer service experience in corporate office, banks, financial institution, etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
